Unfortunately the pictures of the RV don't seem accurate - it's very well worn and not nearly as pristine as it appeared to me (at the least, they definitely need to remove the "NEW" description from the first pic). That being said the people who manage it are very nice and Anthony was responsive, but there were a bunch of hiccups - the TV system never worked, the previous renters didn't pump it out (which led to a difficult 'event' going uphill one day), and overall the cleanliness of the RV was really rough - cabinets were very dirty, leather surfaces and front area were very worn out. This was our first RV experience and it might be that most RVs that aren't brand new are pretty dirty, but in my opinion it desperately needs a deep, deep clean at this point and TLC (as other reviewers pointed out). And overall, price seems high for its current condition. I'd recommend to go view this first before renting so there aren't any surprises.

This was a great rig for my family holiday weekend. Two grownups in the main bed in back. Two kids in the bunks and one in the retractable cabover. The upper bunk was a little hard to get into. A small ladder or something to use as a step would be helpful. We used a hardsided cooler.

Anthony was great to deal with and nothing was a problem. The RV was a little lacking in the way that it needs some TLC and a clean on the outside would have been great but it was a boys trip and we saw through all that and had a blast. Thanks again guys.

Anthony was very nice and easy to work with but the RV was lacking.
This is not a "Brand new RV"
-Slide awning auto tightening was not working well with the wind and was slapping and hitting the side of the RV (complaint for this RV model on the forums)
-bathroom door from bedroom to bathroom was missing
-numerous pieces of trim where missing throughout the RV
-bottom bunk privacy curtain was almost falling off when slid closed
-water tank pressure valve would not seal properly and leaked under RV when the tank was full. In turn flooding our outdoor sitting area.
-RV in and out was very dirty. Needed to sweep and wipe down RV upon delivery
Anthony did just get the RV back from the shop, but a little more TLC would of been appreciated and gone a long way for the money. The "bells and whistles" were just not there for us.

First, the RV is very spacious, clean and lots of great features with multiple TVs and satellite on the go. Anthony's great to work with as an owner and a super nice guy. He was very accommodating to our special requests. Thanks again Anthony and will definitely reach out to you again before another trip.
