The Airstream Basecamp was delivered, setup and picked up by someone other than Jacob. Everything was fine. The trailer reasonably clean. It was a good experience.

Something is very weird about this host. He is not the guy in the pictures, and I don't think his name is actually Jacob Fisher. Communication with the host was strained. I asked many questions thru the Outdoorsey app, but the responses were very delayed and many questions were not answered. I was forced to get his phone number for texting, and that was not much better. He was flexible on the pickup and drop-off times, however, which I appreciated. The pickup location was in the Beverly Hills area with narrow streets and tons of traffic. The host said very little about the operation of the trailer, and did not even bother to help me line up my hitch ball with the tongue of the trailer. After getting it home to load it, I discovered that the black water tank had not been properly maintained and produced a terrible smell that made the bathroom unusable. We happened to be at a campground with good toilets very close by, so we were fortunate. But the refrigerator and hot water heater did not work for our entire trip. It was basically a fancy tent on wheels. On the return of the trailer, there was no place to park it on his property. The host apparently expected me to parallel park it on super narrow streets with no open spots. I chose to take it to a nearby parking lot so I wouldn't risk damaging a trailer that wasn't mine or someone else's car. When I told the host about the items that did not function, he smiled and looked at me like I was an idiot. I couldn't wait to drive away from this whole situation. I suggest others to avoid this trailer and host like the plague. A tent would have been much cheaper with way less stress and frustration.

The owner was extremely flexible and good communication. The airstream was perfect for our trip to get a glimpse of RV life.

The host was not communicative and the trailer reaked of smoke. We were unable to use it and the owner is forcing us to take collection action to recover the $900+we spent on this.

One of the best camping experiences we’ve had! Cozy, clean comfortable and perfect for both of us. We appreciate that it was already pre fill with water, propane tanks, the pick up and drop off were easy and Jacob was kind and flexible all time, he even give us one night for free! We will definitely take it with us again for more outdoorsy adventures!

- Pump unusable entire trip due to power issues. Only worked when plugged into shore power, meaning we could not use the sink, shower, or toilet
- We were told at pickup that both propane tanks were 3/4 full but later found that only one was about 1/2 full. No mention of propane being an “extra” until we asked owner. Response was that propane tanks were add-ons but this was after we were hundreds of miles away.
- Lights same as pump, flickered and would turn off sporadically
- Heater didn’t work on battery power, even though there was propane because stove worked. We rented camper because it had heat and we were going to be camping at altitude where temps were in the 30’s at night.
- Panel to control heat, gas mix, etc. didn’t work properly, gave some warning indication but not sure what it meant
- Battery/water panel unresponsive at times
- Short table legs couldn’t be disconnected to use longer legs
- not all of the outlets worked
- No owners manual provided to understand issues and/or troubleshoot

Jacob was great and attentive from beginning to end. Camper was in excellent condition and it was easy to haul. We had a great time during our camping vacation with no issues with the trailer.

Jacob's little Basecamp was perfect for our annual escape the LA Fireworks with our doggo - who can't tolerate the constant booms:( Super clean, comfy. It was also surprisingly easy to tow, this was our first experience with a camper trailer and we really loved it! We appreciated the flexibility with pick up and drop off - would 100% do this again!

Great Basecamp for a quick weekend! Clean, comfortable and everything you need for a quick weekend trip. Bed fits two adults comfortably, you could squeeze a little kiddo in the middle but ideally you would rent this and the kiddos are in a tent, haha. Adults get the bed. Shower and toilet were handy and easy to dump and flush. Jacob and his team were super flexible with our timing, which we appreciated! Thanks Jacob!

Trailer was easy to pick up and drop off. Owner was super nice and accommodating. The trailer was easy to hook up and tow. Mostly boon docked on my trip. There were some electrical gremlins that wouldn’t let me turn in the water pump but problem resolved itself.
