Pat I am very sorry this happened . We arrived at the campground , and as we were setting up , we had some technical issues that made it impossible to lift up the roof. At the time , we felt it was best for everyone’s safety to bring camper back home to repair (unrushed). We did provide the contact info for another rental company , and we hope you had a good experience with them.

We rented this pop-up for my in-laws and had a wonderful experience! The pop-up was clean, everything worked, and delivery and pick up went smoothly. Gabby and her husband were wonderful and so easy to work with. We will definitely rent from them again!
