Was not told the canopy was torn up until I was about to pick it up, there were lots of ants in the camper we noticed while unpacking (we disinfected and wiped it all down and it helped some), some of the supplied kitchen equipment was missing power cords), the pick up location did not match what it said on the app when you clocked directions.
