It's what you see: a basic, older, well-worn pop-up. Not everything works: the seating on one side of the table is coming apart and we couldn't sit on that side. The door doesn't stay up in the top during towing and you need to hold it closed to let the top down. The front wheel is too weak for the weight. It says in the listing there is an awning (nope) and the pictures showed a propane tank (nope). But...It was dry. We had rain and there were no leaks. The propane hook up on the front worked once I bought a tank, so we had a working stove. The gas line didn't leak. We did not try try the heater or the fridge. It is light enough to pick up and set on the hitch. It towed well. There is a broom and a step to put at the door. There is an electric cord and a water hose for hook ups, and a microwave (we did not use these as we had no hook ups at our site).The host was friendly but not very fast to respond. He did have the camper available on time and I was able to talk to him briefly and look the camper over.Insurance through Outdoorsy was ridiculous. The cheapest plan ($180) with the $1500 deductible would have paid out nothing, since I doubt this camper is worth $1500. My car insurance already covers a camper.Would I rent it again? Doubtful. It's really the bare minimum of a camper, and while it worked for what we needed this time, next time I would pay a little more to get a nicer one. But if you can figure out how to set this up with no directions (I did but not everyone may) and are looking for a really cost effective way to get out out a tent, this may work well for you.

william was easy to work with. camper was satisfactory for the price we paid. fridge was the only thing that i couldn’t get working. i wanted to be more comfortable than tenting and thats what we had. i would say that we are a family of 5 and we fit, but 6 wouldn’t have worked. i damaged the jack wheel during the trip and tried to replace it the best i could and the owner was very gracious.

HORRIBLE!! Could not contact owner at any time. Owner was not present at pick up or drop off. Camper was in deplorable condition. Canvas could not be secured and therefore leaked in multiple locations. Refrigerator was missing components and could not be used. Same true for heater. Top vent was completely sealed shut with black tape. Floor was very dirty. Two of the four leveling jacks were missing and made trailer unstable. Exterior brackets to hold propane bottle were bent and hanging loose. No propane bottle provided. Door was broken and would not close. Would like full refund. Made our trip very uncomfortable and could not contact the owner.
