This was my 1st camping experience (6/26 - 7/9). Unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience I paid for. I had NO water in the camper due to a leak. I walked 1 mile roundtrip for shower and wash dishes. I had to adjust my plans for the repair man and Brenda (owner’s mother) on 3 separate days only to find out the repair could not be fixed. The communication was slow and poor. With that being said I shattered the glass cooktop due to user error. I discussed with Brenda compensation for the water issue and my inconveniences. I agree to pay for the cooktop and wanted 1/3 of my original payment refunded (excluding towing and taxes) NO REPSONSE - I WILL NEVER USE GREAT NORTH CAMPER AGAIN.

Can’t say enough great things about this rental. The hosts were fantastic, set up was perfect and the RV had everything you needed. It was our first time camping as a family of 6 and this RV was perfect. Can’t thank Thomas enough for such a great trip! Will definitely be renting this again!

Outstanding experience! Brenda was extremely helpful and quick to reply. The “baby” Jayco could not have been more perfect for our trip. It was easy to tow and park and was the perfect size for our needs - primarily used for naps, sleeping at night, and a couple baths for our toddler. Perfect combination of size and value for our long weekend up north!

The trailer had everything in it that was needed for an enjoyable trip.
The downside was that the air conditioner could not keep up with the hot weather.

We had a great experience with the hosts and the camper. Everything was as described and the hosts were very accommodating to pickup and drop-off times. Very easy to communicate with and responsive. Would suggest this host and any of the campers they have available.

Their communication was terrible. Dropped off water didn’t even work camper smelt like sewage. Maggots in the toilet. Camper wasn’t even clean. This experience has made me not to use outdoorsy next time either
