A great RV for a family vacation. Spacious and comfortable for our crew of 5. Ran beautifully. Easy to drive and maneuver. Great communication with the owner.

We had a nice time in the RV, a great vacation. We diligently cleaned the RV before we returned it. As the RV was returned, Ken thoroughly inspected the RV and signed off on the fact that everything was returned clean and in good condition, and there would be no additional charges except for the mileage overage. We paid an extra $700 for the extra mileage, but that was not unexpected. We had even purchased a new $18 sewage hose for the RV because the existing hose was brittle and broke while we were using it.Later on I received an email with an image of the sofa with some of the cushion veneer peeled off. We did not realize at the time, but my daughter peeled a small bit of the veneer off the couch. Now he is trying to charge us $533.92 for a small bit of missing vinyl! See attached image of the very minor damage. I have found entire sleeper sofas for sale online for only $199 brand new. His RV repair shop is a rip off at $533.92 to repair. I offered Ken $50 to settle the repair but he refused.
