Guy didn't know how to plug in trailer light plug, said problem was with truck. I checked all fuses in the rain and they were good. I removed and reinserted plug and lights worked. Drove 180 miles and blew one tire(spare installed by roadside assist) Checked other tire and it was separated and the cords were showing through. Tire store said spare was bad, may be under recall. Texted Larry and his Assistant, they said put new tires on and we'll pay you upon return. 3-4 hours with roadside and tire store on my dime. Then as we unhooked trailer at KOA we saw broken and frayed emergency brake-away cable. One end dragging on the ground the other end hooked incorrectly to safety chain. Larry was flippant and said something to the affect that he didn't value my opinion of the trailers condition and just have fun. When we returned, the assistant didn't know how to unhook the trailer and I had to give him instructions. Rent at your own risk!

When you arrived and the trailer was being plugged into your truck, your significant other asked a question and my assistant was addressing her, so perhaps the plug was not in all the way, a simple correction. My assistant has helped dozens upon dozens of renters hookup and return. Also, I believe it started raining as you were driving away.
We are sorry that you experienced a flat tire. This was surprising to me, as the tires had less than 6 months use, I will not purchase that brand again. It is great that Outdoorsy provides road assistance! As for your wait time at the tire store- well, you can understand that some things are beyond my control. I did offer to talk to the tire store and give them my credit card to pay for the tires but you said you had already paid for them.
As for the break-away cable, I can only say that it was operational when the trailer left. Sometimes objects break down, again, beyond my control.
I have owned and rented trailers for many years. I have each trailer serviced and checked at the beginning of the season by a professional RV service company. It is quite distasteful to be accused of negligence.

Unbelievably bad experience. Larry is clueless. He couldn't figure out how to send an email. When I told him I wanted to pick up between 3 and 4, he said it wouldn't work, then cancelled just one day before our trip. AVOID THIS GUY.

Larry is very meticulous about his rv and making sure your trip is a good one. He is very thorough in having all aspects of the rv explained. If we don’t get our own rv, we will be back!

What a wonderful experience from Booking, pick-up, utilization and drop off! Smoothest experience I have ever had in renting! The camper was perfect and Larry was on top of everything making our first family camping experience an awesome one! As we where driving home kids wanted to know when our next camping trip was going to be. We will be back for sure!

Great experience! Camper towed great, set up easy, and Larry’s instructions were so helpful! I did need to wipe down the inside on arrival, but this may have been due to dust from travelling. Will definitely be booking again!
