I booked this sprinter to road trip with a friend to see Yosemite National Park. Upon picking up the sprinter, the owners left paperwork on the valet of the van along with insufficient videos describing how to operate its amenities and intricacies. The owners neglected to refill the propane for the stove, which we were excited to use during the trip. Moreover, the amenities were unreliable upon watching youtube videos on how to operate them. I was appalled to learn that she wanted to deep clean the sprinter due to "soiled sheets and excess dirt". A claim which was completely unfounded. If you are planning an excited trip into the CA parks or somewhere remotely outdoorsy, I advise you to look elsewhere for a rental RV/sprinter.

It was wonderful! We took it up Highway 1 and had a very comfortable ride. The bed was almost like sleeping in my own. Sara was such a great hostess, she send me “how to” videos and was flexible with pickup and return. I plan on renting again for my next road trip!!

Amazing Sprinter! Perfect for a couple or small family that’s ready to snuggle. Has all the amenities you need, and Sarah was a wonderful host.

I was a little apprehensive already booking this trip and seeing the comments about money being taken off here and there after car return. But the van is beautiful and you should treat it the way you want someone treating your home: with care.
Pros: drives very well. Make sure to take the wide turns but other than that, it’s very smooth and drives like an SUV verses a truck. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. LOTs of room in the trunk/ under the bed. Kitchen worked very well, and despite not having the French press as promised in the description nor dish washing soap, the kitchen was supplied with everything else.
Cons: there is no curtains and this was a big deal at the RV camps. I was also at a camping wedding and everyone could see in the van at night when we were changing. I also understand the request for the door to be kept closed for the campfires, but this was also disappointing as my boyfriend and I couldn’t talk to each other while cooking in separate areas.
Overall, great van!
