When we arrived to the RV, it was dirty. It appeared to not have been cleaned, with the floors having excessive amounts of dirt, the counters were not wiped down, and there were broken things throughout. The pictures on the listing make the RV appear brand new, however when you enter the RV it has clearly been used a lot as there are scratches on the walls, there is a mattress pad that is very oversized for the size bed, trim falling off, and a general appearance of use. After we checked out of the RV and completed our trip, we were accused of breaking the awning and ripping a hole in the mattress foam that is located underneath a zipped cover. We spent barely any time in the camper other than to sleep and we were not the cause of the broken items in the claim. We have rented through Outdoorsy for years and have never had this experience.

Chad was a great host. He was very accurate and honest in the description of the camper. He was very punctual and helpful with the pickup and drop-off process. He even answered a few questions I had about the camper at weird hours of the day. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely rent from Chad again.

Chad was great to rent from. He was very quick to respond to any question and He did his best to overcome a few issues out of his or our control to make sure we were still able to fulfill our trip. Would definitely rent from Chad again!!
