We live full time in Anchorage and run a bed and breakfast that is operational in the summer (House of Jade). During the offseason I work as a environmental scientists. During my free time, my husband and I love to explore all Alaska has to offer! We are happy to share our outdoors experiences throughout Southcentral Alaska!

Such an incredible trip! Krista was an amazing host. We hadn't used Outdoorsy before and she walked us through the entire experience. She was responsive and very helpful. The van was perfect for us. It drove great, was easy to park, and had all of the basic amenities you'd need. We would 100% rent from her again.

The camper was super comfortable and even though the weather was horrible, we had a great time. Krista was fantastic and the camper is well equipped with everything you need (bug spray, bear spray, chairs, table, stove, blackout shades etc.) and very clean. The battery/fridge lasted us about 5-6 days and was pretty large, and there are many RV campsites available where you could recharge it overnight if you wanted. There’s plenty of storage space in the back, we fit 4 suitcases (2 large and 2 carryon/medium) plus daypacks and boots and gear etc. easily.

So amazing! We had the time of ours lives! Went from anchorage to Denali, to Fairbanks, to Glacier View then back towards anchorage. Was a trip of a lifetime! I was really worried about the bed. We’re comfort sleepers but we had NO issues! Super comfortable long enough for us! It was a great trip! Spacious! The little fridge they had fit all the things we needed! Was able to put the bags in the back and leave them open! It was very convenient!

We had a great time on our 18 days 1700 miles road trip in Alaska. The Campervan was comfortable and gave us lots of flexibility. Krista was very pleasant and so very nicely allowed an early pick-up and late delivery.

We had a great trip camping in Denali National Park, Ptarmigan Creek, and then to Seward. The van worked out great, easy to drive and park. Krista was very helpful and provided us some extras we needed (like bear spray). The van was brand new and everything worked great. It was our first time in a camper van so it was a new experience for us. I'm 6'2" and 250 lbs and was reasonably comfortable in the van's bed, although my height (length) just barely feet in the width of the van. The battery for the fridge worked well and kept it going for the entire 7 days trip because it got charged while driving back from Denali and to Seward. The little fridge works well and kept things nice and cold.
