The host was beyond helpful and kind. The rv felt like we missed nothing they had everything in place and ready. Great experience and we will use this same set up again and again.

Shame on me for not going with my gut. When acquired about booking they were nice enough to give us a military discount since we work as Law Enforcement and Military. When I decided to book, the discount came off. I asked if she could still honor the discount and said no..bummer but it is what it is. Over a few days I ask additional questions as this is our FIRST time renting a camper and don’t know how anything works. She tells me 2 days before we need a specific hitch, fine, we order one and it comes the night prior to camping. I ask if she can give us a demonstration when we get there, no response. We arrive to pickup the camper, she’s very quiet, doesn’t say hi back when I say hi. She gives us a 7-min demonstration on just the stairs to get into the camper, the locks, and where the hoses are to dump our nasties(she suggested Foot of the Rockies to dump at, perfect)! We dump there approx 11:48am on 7/10. Upon return, she checks everything and says “good to go.” A week later and is charging us a dump fee!

Excellent! Owners were very friendly. Process was simple and easy.
