Ryan communicated with me every step of the way which I appreciated because this was our first time with Outdoorsy. He delivered the camper and we helped him it set up and then realized it needed to be dumped. So we unhooked it and he took the vehicle to be dumped. Thank goodness there was a dump site on property. I had to go through and clean all surfaces because they were dirty. You couldn’t tell this until you saw the Clorox wipe after cleaning. He didn’t show us how to turn on the water so I had to message him to figure it out. We finally discovered the switch before he responded. After a long day on the trail, we came back to a flooded floor in the camper because the air conditioner leaked all over. We had to clean up this mess daily if we wanted a cool place upon our return. (The alternative was to turn the air off.) Other than those couple of items, it was a pleasant stay and would consider using Outdoorsy again.
