About Sean's RV rentals

Prashaant started renting his personal RV out in December of 2017 - it went so well that he purchased another one and then another one and again another one. Since then, he has invested into 27 RVs to rent out to wonderful people because things were going so good on the initial three. The RV Rentals started getting so busy that he hired more people to help manage, maintain and work with our marvelous customers. All of us at Westland Campers go on fun RV trips about 3-4 times a year into the desert and mountains. We all love our families very much and love hanging with them whether it be out camping, eating dinner or just watching movies. You will be happy to rent out any of our RVs as it will always be clean and packed with positive goodness for you! We are extremely clean people and will also make sure that the RV will smell good upon pick up. Have fun!

My rental experience was top notch from start to finish. This was my first experience with an RV, and this group had bookmarked a how-to video with every piece and part in the RV, had clear and transparent check in/out processes, and provided active communication when I reached out. If I end up returning to CA for my event next year, I'd flock to Sean's rentals first.

1) I was not able to get the GFI outlet fixed before my trip. I was literally troubleshooting the RV outlet issue on 4th of July which is a National holiday. This meant my kids had no TV to distract them during the trip since we were leaving early next morning, which was rough on the wife and I. On top of that, we could not use the Keurig coffee machine to make coffee in the morning.2) Due to the miscommunication between Outdoorsy & the owner, we had no sunshade to protect the sun from coming through the front window. We tried blocking it with the bed sheet or blanket, however the sun still got through. The option to rent one was not on either the outdoorsy platform or in the renters email confirming the add on.3) We were missing two additional rolls of toilet paper, which meant we had to steal some from the neighbor camping to hold us over. We practically had to ration toilet paper which was no fun.4) The refrigerator runs off of battery only and the battery on the RV does not hold enough charge to keep the fridge on the entire night. I had to troubleshoot a beeping fridge in the middle of the night because the battery was at a 1/3 power.5) I had requested the RV to be filled up to a 1/4 tank of water only, however it was filled up to Full. No big deal just meant that I had to haul additional water which wasn't gas efficient for the RV.6) There is still a $229.67 charge to my credit card . It was charged, refunded and charged again. Outdoorsy was supposed to handle any additional charges but said the renter made the additional charges.7) Last but most important is the lap seat belts do not function as they should. The buckle would still extend without ever stopping after tightening the seat belt, which meant if I had gotten into an accident, then the lap seat belt would have done nothing and my kids would have been toasted around in the RV or out the window.The stress and additional unexpected complexity made the trip difficult. We survived and made the trip as best as we could. I definitely do not want to experience this again ever in scrambling last minute for an RV and the RV amenities have issues or weren't included.

Everything was great, the host was very helpful. The only thing I would ask to by changed is to have the black water sensor fixed and also have a ladder for the bed above driving area.

I had an amazing experience with Westland Campers!! The owner Sean, really takes the time to get you into just the right RV for your needs and trip. I was nervous at first driving an RV, which I had never done before, but Sean eased my mind, said that feeling of driving something so large is normal, and that I'll get used to it very quickly, and he was absolutely right!! The camper drove wonderfully!! And then, along my adventures, there's a very sweet, nice, and very knowledgeable person named Cynthia, who is there 7 days a week, to guide you through any possible issue you might have with regards to any part of the RV that you might need help with. She was so very helpful with me, guiding me through a few issues, not problems, but to help me and guide me through a few things, which was so very helpful. Westland Campers has fantastic Campers for whatever needs you want to do with your camping and needs!! They're all a fantastic team of people who want you to enjoy the RV, and have a wonderful time and experience on your camping adventure!! I will definitely go with Westland Campers again for another adventure!! Infact, I came out all the way from Redondo Beach to Pomona to rent from Westland Campers because of how nice and affordable their Campers are. Westland Campers is the BEST ‼️‼️👌

We were able to resolve our issues with them amicably and would like to retract our previous review. Once the owner got in touch with me personally, he was friendly and helpful in taking care of our concerns.

Hi Rizwan,Thank you for your comment. If, when you were searching for RVs, you looked on our profile, it clearly states that we have a fleet of RVs in Pomona. It's not a "parking lot" - it's actually a lot with our office on it. Google our address and you can see it. Doesn't look anything like a "parking lot." As for the "self checkout," it also CLEARLY says on our listing that weekend pick ups are "self checkouts" - we even provided you with a video showing you what to do. Seems like you didn't take time to go through it. We have never had any problems with anyone in the past doing self checkouts. You did a last minute reservation and expected us to have the RV ready for you right away - that is kind of hard. Loose seats falling on the ground? Not sure what that means. The seats are mounted/screwed to the floor. Are you saying they were lose? Yes, the exterior has a little bit of wear and tear but nothing too bad. When you came back, the grey pipe was missing from the RV and we informed you about it - you told us that you didn't realize and to file an insurance claim - so we did. We spent about 4 hours emptying your waste -- bags and bags of your waste. We even have pictures. We hung up on you because you called and were yelling on the top of your lungs and cussing at us. There was no need for that - if you would have talked with some dignity and respect, we would have continued talking to you. All in all, it seems like you didn't take the time to read our listing, watch our videos and it seems like you are really angry that you hit the grey tank and want to point your fingers at someone else. Don't know what else to say. Thank you and have a great summer!
