This van was clean and was well equipped. It does not have any type of auto play feature but there is a spot to attach your phone to look at maps and does have Bluetooth.

Clean, well-equipped vehicle. Not pleasant to drive long distance due to high milage (85k+)

The RV was perfect. Being 1st time driver of an RV, I felt comfortable. Loved the little extras included in the rental. Will definitely rent again for next year’s camping trip if available

Host was 2.5 hours late to our agreed pickup time, but everything else was fine.

The camper was as described and easy to drive. This was our first camper trip and we found the lack of storage a challenge. If we decide to take another camper trip as a family, we will upgrade to a larger model.

We flew into Vegas and took the RV to Sequoia, Yosemite and Death Valley. The RV was exactly as listed and filled with a lot of the essentials needed for cooking, bedding, etc. Minassee sent us YouTube videos and it was really helpful to refer back to them. We also used the WiFi and it worked really well in Death Valley which was really nice. Additionally, there were even a few movies included that my kids loved. Minassee was extremely communicative and willingly to answer questions after we booked. Finally, pick up/drop off was simple and flexible.

It got us to Zion and back and we enjoyed our family vacation in the RV. Great communication from the host. The RV needs some minor fixes and updates but nothing major. Thank you.

The RV worked perfect and had everything we needed. We rented two e-bikes as well which worked out perfectly on the playa. My first time driving an RV, but Minasse's videos explaining everything is all I needed. Packed some food, water and supplies for Burning Man and had plenty of fuel, grey water, battery power, etc to get thru the week no problem. Zero issues and Minasse was kind and fantastic to work with. Answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly.

Minase and his wife were so helpful. The RV had everything we needed for the trip and Minase took the time to show me how to work all the features.
