What a fantastic RV… I have teenagers and they loved the bunk room with larger bunk beds. I loved the layout and owners were fantastic with questions… and quick to respond..

This was a great RV rental! Clean, new, roomy, 1.5 bathrooms, bunks for kids, plenty of counter space in kitchen, beds were comfy! Highly suggest!!! Loved having a hot shower too!!! Would use again!!! Only thing was the grey water was not hooked up but our friends helped us that had a camper and we were good to go!

We were surprised to find the Rv not prepared as advertised. No linens for bunk beds, very few of the promised items. The mattresses were about 1.5” thick making them hard to sleep on. We woke to find the hot water tank not working by any method (electric or gas) and when we called the owner they said it wasn’t working the precious weekend either. We ended up leaving and staying at a local hotel. The owner came and took camper to repair shop after promising full refund. Later we got about $600 of the over $1000 we paid. Yikes!!!

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I'm trying to see what went wrong on the refund now. You would think that a brand new camp trailer would function correctly. We had taken the trailer to camping world the week previous to your rental specifically for them to investigate intermittent water heater issues. We picked it up 2 days before your rental began and camping world insisisted the water heater was working normally. I'm so sorry that this didn't work out as planned for your trip and would like to know what I can do to make things right? The mattresses have all been upgraded as of 8/20/21.

Liz made our trip to the lake perfect. Setup was on time. The camper was very clean. Communication was fantastic. Pickup was easy as well. Will definitely be renting from Liz again. Thanks again!
