Great experience with RV Buddy Share! It was so easy to rent from an organized outfit like theirs, and this RV was in top shape and super fun for us on a 4-day trip with a dog and a 3yo. We will definitely rent again.

We wanted to do one last long weekend of camping with our family and a few of our kid's friends. The team at RV Buddy was extremely thorough in the reservation process outlining all costs, deposit process and details of the contract. The preparation videos on operating the RV were very detailed so we knew a lot about the vehicle and operations before we arrived. Pick-up and Drop-off were quick and the questions we had about the vehicle had been managed through an email response after we'd watched the videos which made things very simple.

Overall we had a great trip. The van looks and feels new and everything works beautifully. We loved all the cup holders near the driver and passenger seats.
The sleeping situation is an issue. It was not obvious to us when we booked, but there is one short single bed (fits 5’2” person straight or 5’8” diagonally). The other place to sleep is not as wide as a single bed so there is no opportunity to sleep diagonally. It would be great for a child or a small adult up to 5’2”.
All in all I would try another vehicle next time.

We had a great time with the RV. The only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars is we felt nickel and dimed on the mileage when we returned it. We were over our miles by 175 miles, so a claim was made against our deposit. An RV rental shouldn't be constrained by mileage, especially if you're gone for a long time and detours or trip deviations cause you to exceed a mileage limit.

Thank you taking the time to leave a review, I am so deeply sorry you feel nickel and dimed on the mileage but please understand that we offer 100 free miles per day during peak season more then any competitor, we also are upfront about all charges. Please also understand the mileage charges are not to make money its for maintenance as we have to do oil changes, tire rotation, tire replacement, alignments, brake flushes, brake pads, coolant flushes, and also provide the inspection sheet via outdoorsy guidelines every 90 days. We hope in the future we can earn a 5 star review! We really do try our best to make everyone happy and do appreciate your honest review.

My boyfriend, children and I rented the Apollo for three days, and took it to Breezy Point Beach Campground. We had a phenomenal trip, and my children (5 and 6) loved the RV; loved having a warm breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, loved getting to sleep in their own little beds and loved having a home on wheels. The RV had everything we needed (from a large bed to sleep in, to a full kitchen for cooking and baking), was spotless, had lots of storage, had a beautiful modern design, was spacious and perfect for our trip in every way. Ashley also made pickup, drop-off and clean up very simple, spent time to teach us how to use everything, knew everything we'd need and prepped us properly well before our trip. We will definitely be using RV Buddy Share in the future, and can't wait for our next adventure.

When I was a kid I always used to take trips with my grandparents in their RV. It was a great memory from my childhood and I wanted to share that experience with my own family, so we decided to rent an RV to see how we would like it. I rented Sandy mainly because it was the same size and layout as my grandparents RV. The process online was very easy. All communication was done electronically and easy to review. When I got to Ace RV the day of the rental, our customer service representative, Ashley, walked me through Sandy’s features and basic RV knowledge. She was patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I drove away confident. We got on the road and headed to State College and Camp Woodward in Pennsylvania. Sandy’s diesel engine handled the mountain roads with ease. She is small and nimble, so smaller roads were also not an issue. We drove about 500 miles total and I filled up the fuel tank twice. Upon returning to Ace RV, Ashley again answered all my questions and streamlined the process. My kids are all young so they were easily impressed. My wife was uncertain at first, but after spending three days and two nights with Sandy, she is convinced that this is THE way to travel and that she would do another trip. Thanks to Ashley and Ace RV! We will be back!
