The sprinter was the perfect vehicle for our road trip! The host was very accommodating and communicative! When we picked up the van, it was in perfect condition! It looked brand new. It had every need accounted for easy to operate.

Great experience; pre-trip communication and pickup was easy. The vehicle itself was fantastic - very comfortable and clean. Perfect for exploring the area around our Airbnb for a long weekend in Wisconsin, and parking wasn’t difficult in the cities due to easy handling and all the cameras. No problem parallel anywhere. Drop-off communication and location was a breeze as well, and emptying the toilet tank beforehand was thankfully simple and a relatively clean experience.Only downside was the multimedia; we weren’t able to get video to play from our devices or the phone that the owner provided with the vehicle. Not a big deal for us, and I suspect he’s working out the kinks as the van is brand-new. If that’s important to you, you might want to spend some time making sure you know how to work it before leaving. The sound is also kind of difficult since we could only get the music to play either up front or all the way at the rear. Could be user-error, or maybe it’s just not intuitive. Again, not a big deal for us so we didn’t prioritize trying to figure it out at pickup or during the trip. Made due with it just in the back, or switching to the front if passengers were taking a nap (which is also very easy thanks to the comfortable seating!).Would absolutely rent again, and highly recommend for anyone wanting to make a family trip feel more special and/or comfortable!
