Absolutely terrible experience with both Outdoorsy and the owner we dealt with. The camper we rented was in even worse condition that was "warned" on the advertisement. It did not even live up to th every low standards put forward by the owner. He was not responsive until we were at the pick up facility and needed in. Gave no instructions or assistance. The camper had obviously not been cleaned any time recently. It reeked of mildew. Advertised that the canvas was patched and would keep bugs out, absolutely not the case. The canvas rained debris on the beds with any movement. There was wasp nest built into one of the outside vents. The owner was extremely rude, told us we were lying about bus getting inside and that we "obviously had no experience with a camper". He was told this in the first message, which he never responded to. I tried to file a dispute with Outdoorsy, the first representative asked a few questions and claimed to file the dispute. Have yet to hear back. Definitely won't be booking with Outdoorsy again, awful customer service.
