The owner and neighbors who delivered the RV were great. They delivered it on time. The RV was very dirty and had not been cleaned in some time. The RV served its purpose for me but my two friends checked into a nearby hotel each night at additional cost because of the lack of cleanliness. The awning was broken. The latch on one door was broken. The window shade over the sofa was broken. The bed curtains were tattered on the ends. The thermostat cover was missing. The awning was broken. The table cushion upholstery was damaged. I had no hot water the first two days and no heat the last night. The bath houses at the RV park had hot showers and I had my own cleaning supply’s to clean the areas I had to touch. I had a small electric heater to use on the last night. They left a broom but the floors had not been mopped and the carpet and sofa cushions needed vacuuming. On a positive note, The neighbors delivered it and set it up on time. The neighbor and owner gave me their cell phone numbers in case I had issues and when I called because the awning wouldn’t go back in they came quickly and got it rolled in using a broom. When I texted about the heat the owner and neighbor came within minutes and they thought they had fixed it. It came on but then quit working shortly after they left. I’m a camper and I was prepared or had a work around for each of the issues. It is just for the amount of money charged, I expected the camper to be in better shape and at least clean. This is my second experience with Outdoorsy and since the first was terrible, and this one not as I expected, I will never attempt to rent a camper again. Not when I could have stayed in a clean hotel with hot water and heat for a Third of what I spent on campground and camper. I’m giving three stars because the camper was delivered and picked up on time and the owner and his neighbors that delivered were nice and did their best to be helpful. I would have given 5 stars for that but 1 star for condition of camper and cleanliness, therefore the 3 stars.

Johnathan and his wife were so great!! We really enjoyed our camping trip in Biloxi. The trailer was the perfect size and price point for our family of 4. We really liked that the owners were so laid back and didn't make us feel afraid to touch anything!! We will rent from them again!!
