My wife Pamela and I were born and raised in AZ. We have 5 daughters and love the outdoors. We go to Big Lake at least once a summer with extended family and friends. Plus many more weekend trips. Our daughters play soccer so we are always busy with practices and games.

We found the host to be friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the trailer itself showed significant signs of deferred maintenance. The main bed had stains and was unusable, a curtain for the bunk bed was falling due to a loose bracket, and there were several other maintenance issues throughout the unit. We were unaware of the trailer’s age until after our trip and might have opted for a newer unit had we known upfront. Transparency about the unit's condition and addressing these maintenance concerns would improve the experience.

Jon was fantastic!! We needed a trailer in a pinch and he did everything he could to accommodate us and make it work. He was extremely responsive and helpful. we had the trailer delivered to us. My family of 5 plus my parent stayed in Jon’s trailer at Lake Pleasant. We had a great weekend and having a place to stay with all the amenities (especially thankful for AC) was wonderful. Jon was quick to reply, super easy to work with and helped make the experience smooth and easy as well!
