Carl was a wonderful host. Very communication and responsive to our questions. He did a walk-thru of the unit after he set it up and mentioned several times to contact him if there were any further questions. The unit was very clean upon delivery and was as it was pictured in the photos. It was a nice touch for him to have purchased a few beers as a welcoming gift!There were ample kitchen supplies and cookware for us to use as well as linens and towels.Unfortunately, the period we had for our rental coincided with a lot of rainfall each day. Some of the water found its way into the unit from the air conditioner in the main bedroom and it leaked on the bed. This was not Carl's fault though as this unit is only a year old and I feel it was just poor sealing of the A/C unit by the manufacturer. Anyway, we asked to end our stay two days early as a result and Carl agreed. He is also processing a credit for those two days.Outdoorsy is very slow in processing the credit, as it has been over a week now and no response from them. This is very unusual as we are accustomed to Airbnb service and they immediately make any credits due to the customer. Hopefully Outdoorsy will improve this area of their service.
