The owners accommodated us very well with pickup and drop off. Explained everything for the trailer thoroughly. Trailer worked great and would definitely recommend to anyone needing to rent a toy hauler from great people!

The Good:
They are very nice and they allowed us to pick up the trailer early. (Outdoorsy pick up and drop off times are not conducive to leaving and returning from a trip)
Let me preface this by saying my wife, my Buddy and I have combined RV experience of over 100 years with many different RV’s and my Buddy actually has this same model.
The Bad:
Our first night boondocking was cold and dark because the battery was dead and and the heater would not run, we woke to a 40 degree dark Rv and the generator would not start because the battery was dead so I backed up my truck to plug in the pigtail and get the generator going so we had light. We lit the stove top to get some heat but only one burner would run at a time. What we found was that the newly installed propane regulator was leaking and the battery terminals were installed improperly and were not even finger tight.
(Having a potentially arcing battery next to a propane leak could have been an explosive combination) After fixing these problems the furnace operated. We contacted the owner about this and she said we could run the generator for 8 hours a day vs the standard 4. We also noticed that the thermostat was very inaccurate as we had the temp set on 60 and it was still cooking us out. Also the battery is not an RV battery it is a everstart car battery not up to the task of boon-docking and continued to die very quickly.
The ugly:
The refrigerator handle is broken and hard to open.
The blind in the master bedroom is missing so they taped a car windshield sun shade in there.
Two of the beds have what appears to be futon mattresses that are flimsy and not comfortable we used both of them and I could still feel the plywood underneath.
We spoke with the owner at length about how that was unsat and we would like a refund for the awful night, they ended up giving us back 2/3rds of one night, which is better than nothing but considering what they are charging, they need to up there game.
