Reid was flexible on pickup/return time. Pickup was smooth, Reid did a thorough review and hookup. The trailer was a good match for our needs; it hauled our two seater SXS and dirt bike with no issues. Trailer was fully stocked with supplies, but we opted to use our own. The dumping equipment was easy to use and accessible.

We had an excellent experience with this Toyhauler. It had more than enough water for our little family of 4 to use for a 4-day trip. The generator worked great, water pressure was great in the shower, and the oven cooked our food perfectly. Reid was flexible and worked with our schedule for pick up and drop off. We really had a wonderful time.

The overall experience was fantastic. Reid was great. He was great with communications and fast responses. The toy hauler met or exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, Reid had the unit fully charged, tanks of water full, propane full, and did a thorough job of explaining operations. He provided a professional equalizer hitch with sway bars and set the whole thing up and ensured the hitch connection was good. Reid was flexible with pick up and drop off times which was a huge help. There was even amenities like trash can, bags, ziplock, paper plates, plastic forks, utinsils, etc. You can't go wrong with this unit. We will definitely be renting it again!

It was a wonderful trailer, perfect for our family trip to the desert! From the moment we booked, Reid was super detailed, super helpful & friendly. He made sure we knew how to properly use the trailer, since we were first time renters. Communication was exceptional. He made us feel like family. We would definitely rent from him again!

Reid responds quickly and is great host. This was our first trip and Reid was extremely patient (he answered all of our questions) and punctual. The trailer is like new and was very comfortable for 3 adults, 1 child and our pups, with room to spare. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with Reid again.
