Joe was quick to communicate, which we really appreciated. We’ve camped at Vail Lake dozens of times over the past 14 years and know it can get hot. We asked very directly about how the AC was functioning and were told it worked okay. That it would keep the trailer cooler than the outdoors by about 20 degrees. But it did not function well at all, and our first night was very rough in terms of getting a good sleep. The fridge was also very problematic, and the freezer never froze anything we placed in it. We worried our food had spoiled as well. Had we stayed more than two days, it likely would have. If these were taken care of, we’d book with Joe again. He’s organized and communication was good, except for indicating the AC was functioning normally.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend renting this trailer! Communication was so quick and easy, the trailer was set up for us perfectly. We will definitely rent again!
