Brian described the RV perfectly! We had a great trip over the 4th of July. It was clean, the AC was Cold, and it pulled my trailer like it wasn’t even there. We’ll definitely book this one again for our next trip.
I didn't expect it to have any extras when we picked it up, but it had all of the necessary items to cook and clean up as we enjoyed ourselves.

DO NOT RENT THIS RV OR ANYTHING FROM THIS OWNER. The owner, Brian, dropped off and set up this RV at Zion national park with NO working A/C even though on his listing he stated that the RV would come with A/C. Our group were set to stay in this RV for a total of 6 nights on a week where temperatures in Zion were to be over 100ºF during the day. Brian failed to get the A/C fixed and even lied to us on some occasions. He lied when a tech came over while we were out during the day and said the tech couldn't come in because we had locked the RV (when we didn't) even though the tech later told us is because we weren't there any he couldn't come in and fix it when we were not there. He lied and said there is "absolutely no techs that could come out after hours or on the weekends" which was false because I went out of my way to ask the manager of RV park and she gave me several people that could come on the weekend. When the tech came on the weekend, they said the only way to fix A/C was replace the whole unit, and BRIAN DID NOT WANT THE TECH TO INSTALL NEW A/C BECAUSE HE WANTED HIS WARRANTY PEOPLE TO DO IT SO HE CAN SAVE MONEY AT OUR EXPENSE AND HEALTH. It seemed as if Brian could care less if we died in the heat. He sent us a faulty RV knowing well that the temperatures will be well above 100 degrees every day and couldn’t care less about our comfort nor our safety. Brian stopped responding to our texts Sunday and Monday. He just didn’t care. We lost 1400 on broken RV, an extra $1000 on hotels, hundreds on food that went bad, and our health. We work so hard and we wanted a nice week of vacation which was destroyed by Brian. We are fighting this through our CC company, outdoorsy dispute (very difficult to work with and drawn out lengthy process), and will file a claim with consumer protection agency with the assistance of an attorney.
In summary, we are good people, my friends and I are 3 nurses who worked Covid this past year and were just looking to finally get a break. Brian ruined our vacation and we suffered and were harmed while staying in the blistering hot RV until we had to spend an arm and a leg to get a hotel on a booked out busy weekend in Zion. He also charged us $100 for cleaning when we left RV sparkling clean (see photos), and charged us $100 for pick up when he clearly stated total for delivery and pick up would be $100.

Brian was very easy to work with and always responsive. The RV was in good shape and a great fit for our family. We had an amazing trip and would rent this RV again.
