Inexperienced renter that was difficult to deal with. The power jack fuse blew from an electrical issue with her vehicle and I traveled 3 hrs back and forth to change the fuse for her with no fee to her. She claimed that her radiator went bad from towing and I had to go pick up the RV from a hotel one day earlier than her drop off day. I wasn't even suppose to pick it up. She was suppose to drop it off. She mentioned that she left early because she couldn't pack everything up by herself and her boys were there to help her on Sunday. I filed a claim per procedure to be deducted from her deposit for picking the RV up, not dumping the black tank & damages to the two left tires but she is denying it.. I've rented my RV out to other renters with no issues or complaints.
