Eric was most helpful, he was quick to respond to any and all questions via email and phone. We used the camper as extra sleeping quarters for a family gathering which turned out to be a perfect solution. He arrived as planned for delivery/set up and pick up a few days later. We experienced only one situation where the heater turned off for some reason during the night. It was restarted and had no other issues. This will definitely be and option for future gatherings! Thank you Eric and your lovely wife!

Eric was super helpful and answered all of my questions immediately. His trailer is well equipped, and easy to use. Eric even included his hitch, which has an anti-sway bar and weight distribution bars. It made pulling his trailer so easy and so smooth.
