I’ve rented RVs a few times but this was my family’s best experience yet. Belinda was super helpful and patient and walked us through the details of our RV. She really seemed to want us to have a good time on our trip and wasn’t super strict about all the terms. Our RV was new, clean and ran well. Checking it out and bringing it back were both a breeze and we never had to wait for someone to assist us. Belinda even checked in with me during the trip. Plus, the price was very reasonable and comparable to Cruise America, but we got a higher-end RV with a retractable awning. (Outdoorsy has coupon codes online; just do a quick search.)

Owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. RV was super clean and met all of our needs. Planned a trip for our son's birthday and we all had the best time. Would definitely rent this RV again! Plenty of storage room. The lower bed slept two very comfortably. The loft bed as well. The table bed was smaller, but could sleep two kids comfortably. Fridge, microwave, stove, oven, shower and more! We were able to bring out pooch too which was awesome!

This past October 2020, the girls and I set out on a Covid Roadtrip from the Inland Empire to the gorgeous Oregon coast. It was thee best! We brought a newborn and did not want to stay at multiple hotels. Plus, I could not fathom the idea of a newborn in a car, for days. So, the best thing we could do was rent a RV. I looked at many rental businesses and several RVs in Outdoorsy before selecting this 2021 Thor. I had a couple of questions before securing the rental and the owner quickly answered each one. We picked up the RV and it was immaculate. The owner gave a detailed orientation. She gave a few sanitary and safety suggestions. Much appreciated. The RV ran great! I loved that it had a back up camera. The music could be heard in the front cab or just the rear or both. The freezer and refrigerator stayed cold the entire trip. A portion of our trip took us on the winding, narrow, coastal roads of Highway 1and through the high altitudes of the Shasta Mountains. I did not have a problem. The RV traveled easily up the hills and mountains. It was an unexpected plus when the automatic downgrade shift came on/started when we descended down steep, mountainous terrain. We had the best interactions with the owner. She answered all questions within minutes before, during and after the vacation. The communication was awesome. The RV was awesome. Our trip was awesome. While on the road, we received a few compliments on the look and style of the RV. We enjoyed our trip and the convenience of the RV so much, that we made a site reservations for our vacation next year. Thank you Flamingo for a memorable trip and we will see you again next year!

We had a great time in this wonderful RV! Everything was clean and functional, and the owner was reachable by message the whole time. We are first time RV users so it was super important to us! Flamingo was quick to answer all our questions, regardless how silly they were! I would recommend this RV and owner to everyone, and I can't wait to rent again!

For our 1st RV trip we thought the ride was very rough for being a 2020 rv. I don't think the rv was cleaned prior to us picking it up, I went to put stuff away in the cabinets there was sticky stuff. Black water Gauge didn't work so we were very nervous during our trip. Other than that we had a great time and Belinda was very responsive to all of our issues.
