Owner was wonderful to work with and a great communicator about everything from beginning to end. The only thing we were confused on was the listed states generator which was a large reason we rented but we were told day of our trip we needed to ask for that in advance. It wasn’t a huge deal since we only needed the camper to sleep in but it should definitely be listed that it is an extra fee. Would definitely rent again in the future!

This was our first time renting and had an amazing experience. She was very accommodating with our pick up and drop off time she explained everything from hitch hook up to lighting in trailer. Margaret cleaned the trailer loaded the trailer with utensils to clean sheets. She went above and beyond to make this a life time of memories for our family. We appreciate her for making this a memorable vacation. will be renting in the near future. Thank You

The unit was nice, our trip was wonderful. A few things I would like to comment on are that the owner isn't very knowledgeable about her unit. The first night(30 degrees) the heat didn't come on and we texted. I expected something like "try this, if that doesn't work try this, etc." but got (paraphrasing) 'everything worked for the last person, sometimes the mice cause electrical issues...run the stove burners to stay warm'. This was not helpful, and quite dangerous to have the stove burning in an enclosed space overnight. I ended up troubleshooting the systems in the morning and got at least the hot water heater working after bleeding the propane lines by running hot water while the gas stove was on(with the awesome advice from the RV owner parked next to us). We still couldn't get the heat working so we got a portable unit from the hardware store. Then I asked(via text)where the drinking water hose was to hook up to the site because I thought the water tank is empty. I got a very aggressive response telling me to go fill it at the camp site entrance, google the problem, I should know more about "basic" camper stuff, etc. I went and bought a hose to supply us with water without having to re-connect the camper to my truck and go fill the tank up at the entrance(hose was $30). Perhaps my expectations are high when paying someone to supply us with a camper for our vacation, but I don't think we should have to spend time(while on our vacation) troubleshooting her systems and buying things for it. She was very apologetic and I know she wanted the whole process to go off without any issues, but more hands-on knowledge about the unit and its systems is needed when renting it to inexperienced people. Have a backup propane tank if the one runs out in the middle of the night, have a small electric heat unit should the heater fail/propane run out, have a water hose to hook up to RV sites. Just basic preparation so if a text comes in that the heat is out or the propane ran out you can tell them there's a heat unit under the bed, plug it in and use it until you can get another propane tank the next day or what not.

“Margaret” was extremely helpful and giving of her time to make sure things went well for us on our trip. The Salem Cruise Lite was an easy-to-tow nicely appointed and spacious travel trailer for its size. Our 14-year-old BMW X5 handled it well.

Malgorzata was very good at fulfilling our needs! she outdid herself by cleaning and sanitizing the trailer to make us feel safe from Covid. Being a 1st. time renter, she made the process easy. we will rent this trailer next time we go on a trip
Thanks for a wonderful experience.
