An great experience from start to finish with Melissa and Nathan. Great hosts and removed any doubt we had on our decision. Their trailer is immaculate, in fact better than brand new with the way they set you up and well appointed to ensure you have everything a great time. Great ambassadors for Outdoorsy and we definitely recommend contacting them. I know we definitely will again. Thanks for everything guys.

Melissa did a fantastic job communicating with use before and during rental ensuring that our needs were met. She and her partner Nathan took the time to explain the ins and outs of the trailer to us when we picked it up and were understanding when we had forgotten to drain tanks upon return. We are sorry about that. Overall the trailer is awesome. Was super clean and very well equipped. I would recommend renting this to others and we will be calling again next year for our next family adventure. We are a family of five and there was tons of space and comfortable beds. Easily room for one or two more. Thanks again and the fireplace was a bonus.

My boyfriend and I were so excited for our trip to stay in this beautiful trailer at Grand Bend but due to unfortunate circumstances, we had to cancel last minute. Throughout the process, communication with Melissa was excellent and she was extremely understanding of our situation. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and I'm sincerely grateful. I can't wait to book with her again in the future!
