I do not advise renting this van if you are going to camp without hookups and it will be hot. Generator consistently shuts off and throws a fault code if you run the AC, even on low. I am the third renter with this issue. The week of the trip, Tin contacted me and said there had been an accident with the van I reserved, and he immediately offered his larger/newer one for the same price, which was great. Tin does not do in person hand-offs. Interior had several minor things that needed attention (missing screws/broken bits) and the screen of the kitchen window is gone. Collision avoidance was not on. Odometer was blinking. Active Cruise was not operable. After a text, Tin called me back immediately but had no solution or explanation. Google searching suspects a replaced windshield and no recalibration. Unusually hot in Mammoth and the Generator was not able to power the AC for more than 20 minutes at a time without shutting off and throwing a fault code (even on low). Outdoor shower nozzle was missing the retention nut forcing a trip to the hardware store. Other than that, the van drove well and performed as expected. This van will be great in fall and winter.

The Dazzle was amazing! We had two people and took it to the camping/fishing areas in Mammoth for 4 nights. It drives like a dream (lane assist helps so much), has great storage and a comfortable bed. The fridge is cold. Lighting is adjustable. It completely blacks out with magnet shades. A QR code gives you instant access to all the bells and whistles including generator operation, lights, battery/tank info... the list goes on.

My wife and I purposely rented this van because it was advertised to have A/C which was needed due to my wife being pregnant and our first two stops were going to be warm. Our first night when we arrived at our campsite, I attempted to start the generator and A/C to cool the van, and the generator had a fault and would shut off every time we attempted to use the A/C. We contacted the host to report the issue and find a solution and all we were met with was response stating that "sometimes this happens and heat is sometime issue". No solution was provided and the generator never worked with A/C. This forced us to head into town and stay in a hotel. Our next stop after that also required a hotel due to the heat. In addition to the A/C and generator not working almost all of the outlets did not work except for one beneath the bed, the kitchen fan did not work so the smoke alarm sounded every time we cooked, the tank meters did not read properly requiring us to unnecessarily dump twice and fill up, the fold out table was broken and sat on a slant, the advertised coffee maker was not in the van requiring us to buy one and the provided "linens" were oversized sheets and a couple throw pillows. When the host was confronted with all of the issues, we requested reimbursement for the struggles and the van not meeting advertised expectations and we received no response. I would not recommend renting this vehicle and it is surely not worth the price point.

We had a great experience with this RV! It was perfect for two people and made our trip super comfortable. Tin was very helpful throughout the entire process and provided YouTube instruction videos that ended up being so useful during our trip — anytime we weren’t sure how to do something, we just referred back to the videos. Everything was smooth, and we really enjoyed our stay in this RV. We would definitely recommend renting from Tin!

The RV was amazing and everything we could have asked for and more. Tin was very responsive and helpful. I left a key for my bike in the van and he mailed it to me as soon as I contacted him. Would definitely use this RV again.

We had an awesome experience. The trailer is exactly how it is described. The host was very accommodating and explained everything throughly. I highly recommend this trailer for any and all of your outdoor needs you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be booking again for our family trips.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! RV was clean, everything was fresh and everything worked well! Had a little bit of a glitch in using the AC during a super hot day, but Tin was super responsive and was on top of it for us. Driving this thing was a breeze. Even the drop-off was super smooth. Thanks once again Tin, looking forward to renting again from you!

Joshua was great, very helpful and easy brief orientation to trailer. We experienced no issues, trailer was clean everything working and easy to tow. Used a trailer hitch he provided which was reassuring. Highly recommend renting from Joshua, thank you.
