We had a great time! The RV was ready, sparkling clean and was easy to drive without any problems. Our only complaint was the high traffic due to the holiday weekend. We arrived to southern Utah and had a wonderful weekend. Paul was kind, professional, explained everything about the vehicle and even met us for pick up at a location closer to our home. We will rent again for another adventure!

Robert was an amazing owner, provided everything we could possibly need and more. Very communicative, responsive and overall real nice guy. Renting out of Vegas gave us the rare opportunity to have brunch at his family restaurant which was totally the cherry on top of the entire week. The Tiffin 25 LW was easy to drive and such a fun way to see and explore Las Vegas and all the beautiful mountains and desert areas around it.

I really loved Victor/Robert’s Daycruiser. My family really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend renting this camper van!

Great RV. Bad customer service.He was accommodating before the rental and very helpful. But when I discovered after pickup that it hadn't nearly been cleaned to COVID standards, he shut down on me.He offered at first to send someone to have it cleaned again, but when I insisted it needed to be a professional cleaning and not just the same person, he got offended with the tone of my messages and wouldn't take my calls. Only messaging. He said he was relaxing with his family and left me to properly clean his RV myself. He must've forgotten he was running a business. I ended up paying ServPro $500 to properly clean it so that I could be sure we weren't delivering COVID to my ailing in-laws.I was pissed that we were renting a $350/night RV that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned (they've since jacked the price to $500/night). The only option he offered me was to return for a full refund. That would be great and all but we needed to hit the road the next morning. We'd been planing this trip for months and it took forever to find a descent RV that was available and safe. Family was waiting for us on the other side of the country. He could just turn around and rent the same, dirty, expensive RV to the long list of people he bragged were waiting to rent it. He knew he had us cornered so he said he said wouldn't offer ANY SUPPORT FOR THE ENTIRETY of our month-long trip.There were crumbs and residue on the shelves, dusty surfaces, a medicine cabinet with dried toothpaste on the shelf, an outdoor storage bin with raw sewage soaked into paper and plastic that had been left in there (see pictures). Dirty coins in cupholders, half-eaten bags of food left in compartments, the fresh-water hose smelled of sewage, etc.An RV can be an intimate place to spend a month, eating, sleeping, cooking, using the bathroom, showering, brushing your teeth, washing your hands and dishes... You'd want to know that it had been cleaned head to toe. This one was not, and yet Victor was satisfied with the work he'd done.During pickup I'd noticed a few things out of sorts that I was willing to overlook. (Things like no temporary or permanent license plate and no registration in the glove box. A broken leveling leg that hadn't been mentioned before. And a generator warning about an oil change.)It appeared at first to have been well cleaned. But then I got it back home and started loading it. I'd gotten it about halfway loaded with all our food and belongings when I realized it hadn't been professionally cleaned. This is the time of COVID and Outdoorsy advertised that owners were doing "Enhanced Cleaning" meeting "CDC Guidelines."His refusal to provide any assistance cast a pall over the whole trip. And the generator starting shutting down, so we couldn't run the A/C while driving through temperatures in excess of 108 degrees! He wouldn't authorize repairs on it so we just had to deal with it.In the end Outdoorsy and the owner shared the expense of reimbursing my cleaning and refunding a couple days. But then he kept my $2500 security deposit because the door retractor broke on our watch (we were not rough with it in the slightest). And he wouldn't respond, even after 5 months, when I'd asked if the repairs had been done so I could verify how much they cost.

A very poor experience. I got the impression the owner new nothing about the RV. While on the trip we had a window blow out of the coach. After having to pay ourselves to repair the RV THE OWNER HAS NOT REIMBURSED US FOR THR REPAIRS NOR THE HOTEL COSTS INCURRED.
This was “a new RV”. The window was a warranty issue but this slug has not payed us back for his lack of customer care. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON. IT HAS BEEN ONE MONTH AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED REIMBURSEMENT. WILL BE TAKING HIM TO COURT TO REGAIN COSTS.

Victor was awesome and his RV was beautiful! It was the perfect size and still smelt brand new! When we arrived to different camp grounds all the RV owners were complimenting us on our brand new RV! Of course we let them know we were renting it but they were impressed! I enjoyed cooking in it and watching tv. The Murphy bed is a perfect Queen size and fit me, my fiancee & our 2 little puppies comfortably. The only slight downside is that there were some things that were broken from a previous renter that hadnʻt been fixed yet and for the price we were paying I felt as if everything should've worked properly. But hopefully all of those little things are fixed now. Highly recommend Victor & his awesome RV!
