The trailer is nice, and there were no disappointments upon seeing it up close and in person Rick was very accessible before, during, and after the rental dates. He gave a thorough walk-through and explained the features and operations well. The load bearing hitch was robust, and my 2018 Nissan Titan with the trailering package made it so simple to hook up, including the trailer brakes, without any modifying. The brakes worked flawlessly. Rick was a pleasure to deal with, and we would like to rent it again next season some time.
