Rachel was wonderful and very easy to work with. At times there was a delay in communication, because she was out of service, but overall she was great to work with and reliable. The van was super!!! It handles well and provided a great home for us for the week. Both heater and AC were working well. Mechanically sound. Nicely equipped. The fridge was not functional, but they provided an ice chest with ice blocks that lasted the entire week. Takes away a bit of space in the camper, but makes it so much easier to climb upstairs. We loved our trip and will come again!!!

Fantastic experience it couldn't have been any better. The camper was perfect in every way. The owners went above and beyond when we missed our flight and had to rearrange a different time and pick-up point. Highly recommend booking with this owner!
