We used this 2020 RV for an entire month, and thankfully, all the systems on board worked almost flawlessly. In addition to the nearly new condition, the unit had been prepared well. We were especially delighted with the ease of use and the slide out, which gave a separate bedroom in a relatively small package.
There were no urgent emergencies during our use, but we did communicate with Joshua on several occasions, and he was there immediately, ready to help. Overall a grand 31 day RV experience.

Joshua's and the 2020 Thor Motor Coach Four Winds was perfect for me and my 3 kids. everything related to Joshua and the rv was incredible.
I couldn't ask for more.
Unfortunately the worst experience came from OUTDOORSY..COM.
They have no customer support at all.
I was on the phone 3 times trying to get help each time more than an hour and no response.
I sent 4 emails and still no response I tried chat with no response.
They never got back to me till today.
Worst customer service ever.
