My family of 5 recently rented Eric's RV to drive from Chicago to Utah and back. Eric communicated clearly and was very responsive during booking and planning our trip, he even offered an itinerary and suggested sites for us to stop! Definitely above and beyond!
Being first time RV'ers, we felt very comfortable after the walk through with Eric and Anthony. We had a couple issues come up along the way, and Anthony was quick to respond to help us problem solve.
The RV was very clean and well stocked, plenty of storage space and still room to move around inside. Our kids had a blast, we loved the opportunity to roam and would definitely recommend renting from Eric and Anthony!

A very positive and memorable experience. Eric and Anthony are professional and personable, and the RV was in pristine condition. As a first time RV user, they took the time to walk me through everything so that I was 100% comfortable and prepared. Easy to operate with everything functioning as expected, and drove great. Completely satisfied with this experience!

We had an amazing experience renting from Eric! The RV was clean, well stocked and operated great. It was the perfect size for novice drivers and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The communication was amazing and the thoroughness of the directions (and follow-up when there were questions) was above and beyond. There were a couple of issues with the Outdoorsy service and Eric made sure to handle them so we had peace of mind.

For being my first time renting a vehicle, the experience could not have been better. From start to finish this was nothing less than outstanding. I recommend this rental to anyone!
