Dan and Anna Barker, are the owners of Vantrek LLC. They take a different approach when it comes to each customer. "We want them to have fun, and we'll do what we can to get them to that state of mind. If they're heading on a golf vacation, our guests shouldn't be surprised to have a sleeve of Pro V1s waiting for them upon departure." Clean and fresh linens are standard equipment. "We cross our t's and dot our i's when it comes to industry norms, but there is so much more that can be done to make our customers happy. "And that's the goal." Safety, security and fun! Perfect rental experience! The van is excellent, and Dan was super chill and really easy to work with.I WAY overpacked, because the van has so much!! It came with a pot, pan, mixing bowl, strainer, four cups, four place settings, many different cooking utensils, an oven mitt, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, trash and trash bags, and some basic staples: sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and a variety of other spices.The bed is comfy and ample. There is an extra comforter in one of the cabinets, so you have a total of two blankets, four pillows plus a throw pillow, and sheets. The camp chairs and table in the photos do indeed come with the van, as does the privacy cabana. The market lights for the awning are also in the van, as is a clip-on fan that you can clip to one of the shelves and plug in to one of the DC outlets!Despite bringing WAY too much stuff, we had ample room to store it all in the van without anything feeling crowded. The van is great - it has everything you need (step stool and small sweeping kit also included for the entry!) and is smartly laid out and comfy. There are several hooks for you to hang things. The seats at the table are also storage, and is where we kept most of our food items that did not require refrigeration. The electric cooler kept our food and drinks nice and chilly, and was amply spacious to hold our cold items (and I like to cook so we had plenty of food!). The curtains separating the driving area from the living area did the trick to keep the van dark and cool while we were sleeping. We ran items needing power pretty much 18 hours a day, and never dipped below 80% on the battery. A folder with instructions for how everything works is provided, but honestly everything is pretty simple. The van drove great - had just about 30,000 miles on it and ran perfectly. This is our fourth time renting a camper van, and definitely the easiest. Dan conveniently met us at a shopping center that includes a grocery store and a hardware store so that we could stock up on stuff before hitting the road, and took our car to his home while we were away. We messaged him when we were about an hour away from returning, and he was there waiting for us when we pulled into the parking lot. Between the van itself being modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable and the experience renting from Dan, we will absolutely be repeat renters!

We absolutely LOVED the van! Dan was wonderful to work with - super easy going and accommodating. Very flexible and great communication. We had a great first experience with sprinter van camping. Dan was responsive, easy to work with, and made sure we understood how to use all the features before we took off. Everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. We're looking forward to our next adventure!

Dan the van man was great to work with! He gave us an easy and quick run down on the workings of the van and then we got to hit the road. It was perfect for our 5 night overnight camping stay. No issues the whole trip. It was so nice to have stove tops where we went given that we couldn’t have fires. The cooler was bigger than we anticipated too and fit all of our perishables. Perfect service all around!

Dan was great. He was very helpful in describing all the amenities The Sunset has. He was accommodating in meeting our requests and answering any questions in a timely manner. The van was used for a festival and it performed great. We used the stove, fridge, camping chairs, outdoor mat, and wagon that was provided. The solar panels in the van powered everything we used for the whole trip. Definitely recommend!

Such a wonderful experience. This was a very easy and comfortable way to camp. Everything we needed and more was available to us. They have a comfortable way of having a home away from home for going off the grid (or even on the grid). We will definitely be return renters in the future.

We rented this van for a 2 night concert/camping trip to the Gorge. Dan made sure to answer any questions we had to be sure we were happy with our choice. We were given a thorough briefing on the vans features. It was comfortable to drive. Its solar power system was easy to use and allowed us to camp off grid with ease. The bed was comfy, and the roof top fan kept the temperature just right.
There were several personsl touches that added to the experience.
We knew right away we had made the right choice, and wished we could have stayed longer.
