This was our first time renting or ever even staying in a camper! Jake was prompt to answer any questions we had, thorough in his explaining how to setup the rig, and so laid back! The main bed in this camper is AMAZINGLY comfortable. Most everything we could have needed was right there easy to find. We traveled with three young children so I recommend making plans to use disposable dishes just because of the space near the sink. Overall we would rent from Jake again and 100% recommend his camper!

Jake was incredible to rent from. The camper was very clean, perfect for our family of 4, had everything we could have needed and more! The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we might have had in preparation for the trip. 10/10 recommend and would love to rent from them again!

The owner Jake was great. He spent time showing me how everything worked and made me feel extremely comfortable hauling a large camper. Me and my 3 year old son did a 3 night camping trip with 96 degree weather and stayed cool the whole time. This camper was clean and easy to pull with my F -150. I’d recommend this camper to friends and family! Thanks Jake.

Our first camping trip was an amazing experience! This was our 1st time renting a camper and Jake made everything so easy! He was so quick to respond and happy to answer my many questions. We had another great experience with Outdoorsy! Jake was a great communicator through out the process. The camper was stocked with everything you may need, very spacious and comfortable. Delivery/pick up process was smooth and drivers were very nice although it was a bit pricey for this service. Thanks for a great long weekend, we would definitely recommend!

Camper was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Jake went so far as to include a USB adapter, camp chairs, extra griddle and propane. Thought of everything and would definitely recommend him!

The owner-Jake - was great. Everything was just as advertised! RV was like new--clean, delivered as expected and all of our questions or concerns were addressed. We had a great time at the campground and in the Smokies. Saw lots of wildlife---many bears, deer and wild turkey. Camping in the Smokies in the travel trailer was a great experience and a break from all the issues in our lives lately. I would give Jake 5 stars! Only pic I had was of the RV , my wife's car and me at the camp ground waiting for the others to get ready.

Jake and the hideout made an awesome long weekend get away! Clean, comfortable and fully stocked! Delivery, setup and pickup were professional and timely. I can’t say enough about how accommodating Jake was with the rental. Definitely five star ⭐️
