Check-in Procedures - Check-In Time: 2:00 P.M. - Check-Out Time: 11:00 A.M. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - ​​Speed Limit 5 MPH​ at all times! For all vehicles and golf carts. Quiet Hours - ​​Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM-8:00 AM. Children - Minors are to be back at their own site at 9:00 pm unless accompanied by a parent. Fireworks and Firearms - FIREWORKS and FIREARMS are prohibited from entering the property of Martin Stream Campground. Behavior - Abusive language, drunkenness, or deliberate property damage is in violation of the campground rules. - Please do not cut, strip, or damage the trees, bushes, or vegetation in any way. Pool - There is no lifeguard on duty at any time at the Pool Area. - Children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult. - 18 years old + to watch children under 14. - ​These rules are in place to ensure everyone’s safety! Rentals - Rentals have a $30 sanitizing charge added to the bill upon check-in. No smoking is allowed in Rentals. - If smoking occurs there will be a penalty fee of $100 charged to the card. - If major cleaning is required for any rental there will be a $100 cleaning charge billed after checkout. - Pets are allowed in rentals for a fee per night. - No Pets are allowed to be left alone in Rentals. Site Lock - Site Lock Fees can be added at the time of booking to secure a specific site for an extra $20.00. - The campground at its discretion can change anyone's site if the customer does not lock in the site. - Optional- not required. RATES - Campsite rates are based on a one-family unit consisting of 2 adults and their children under the age of 17. - All camp site rates are subject to Maine lodging tax of 9% (not included in prices) - Only 2 vehicles are permitted in each site. Extra vehicles/ visitor vehicles will pay the guest fee. Deposit - All Sites require a "One-Night Stay" Non-Refundable deposit in order to reserve and camp. - Week-long stays and Holidays require a two-night stay non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking for all campsites. - ​Non-payment of Deposit will result in forfeiture of reservation. Minimum Stay - A 3-night minimum stay is required on Holiday Weekends: Memorial Day, Labor Day, & Columbus Day. A 7 Night Minimum is required for the 4th of July Week. - A 2-night minimum stay is required for all Campground Rental Units. Holiday Stays reflect the above for all Rental Units. Pets - Pets are allowed on the property. - Proof of rabies vaccine is required. - Limit 2 dogs per site. - Must be on a leash at all times. - Invisible Fence collars do not count as leashes. - Fence structures allowed. - Please clean up after your pet, Failure to do so will result in a fee. Golf Carts - Golf Carts are prohibited on the property without permission from the campground prior to the stay. - Insurance required- ADA Friendly.
