Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 1 pm - 6 pm.
- Check-out time is 10 am.
- For Cabins: Smartlocks after 4 pm.
- For RVs and Tents: Check in at the office.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours after 10 pmParties or Events
- No parties or events.Registered Guests
- Only registered guests are allowed overnight.Guests
- Any guests not staying on site must depart by midnightPet Policy
- Pets are allowed, but only with a pet deposit.Smoking
- No smoking in the house (Includes: cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana).Illegal Activities or Substances
- No illegal activities or substances allowed on the premisesFirearms
- No firearms allowed on the premises.Candles
- No use of candles permitted indoors; you may burn a citronella candle outdoors if you wish, but it is your sole responsibility to extinguish this and must never leave it unattended.Damages
- Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to the respective booking site.Energy
- Consider preserving energy by turning down the heat when not in the house and not opening windows when using the AC.Door
- Please do not leave the door open except when actively entering or exiting to limit the ability of bugs or small animals from entering.Children
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the beach.Furniture
- Please don't rearrange the furniture.Furnishing
- Take care of the furnishings as if they were your own.
- You will be expected to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.Fishing License
- Everyone, except persons under 16 years of age, must have a valid fishing license in their possession while fishing.Life Jacket
- Life jacket required for all boaters.Avoid
- Avoid creating a wake within 100 feet of any shore, dock, or anchored boat.Campfires
- Campfires are allowed in the fire rings only. Do not move them.
- Do not leave campfires unattended.Speed Limit
